

Gregory Barker,
Lord Barker of Battle
Educated at Royal Holloway, University of London, and the London Business School, Greg Barker was created Lord Barker of Battle in 2015 after serving fourteen years in the House of Commons as the Conservative Member of Parliament for Bexhill & Battle.
He served in government under Prime Minister David Cameron. During this period he
became the longest serving Energy minister for a generation and was closely involved in
delivering the transformative climate change agenda of the Coalition Government.
Since leaving politics he has held a number of senior roles in both international business and
the not-for-profit sector. Today his primary activity is chairman of EVN, the leading UK EV charging infrastructure group.
